A coroner concluded the death of Shatanya Johnson, who was found unresponsive at the Travelodge in Thetford on February 19, was drug and alcohol related.

Her mother Shirley Johnson told the inquest at Norfolk Coroners Court: "When you have a child with addiction, you have two choices. You can shut the door on them or walk that path with them.

"I hope that will be a lesson to anyone about doing........
