The parish council at Docking, near Heacham, is drawing a neighbourhood plan, which includes a stipulation that any new development must be someone's main residence.

Responses to a survey about its recommendations in which 200 locals took part have now been published on the parish council's website.

"If new homes were built in the parish many said they want to see more affordable homes (136 people) and first homes (146 people) within the parish," a report says.
