Historic flotilla leads seaside town's maritime festival

Around a dozen vessels threaded their way through Wells Harbour to celebrate the town's seafaring history, watched by large crowds on the quay.

The event was organised by Stiffkey-based charity Rescue Wooden Boats, to bring together historic wooden working vessels and share the stories of the families who built and went to sea in them.
