West Norfolk Council has agreed plans to convert the Value 4 Money shop on Westgate in Hunstanton.

But the proposals did not go down well with Hunstanton Pizza, which trades from the nearby High Street.

Its owner told planners: "We are already facing significant challenges, especially during the winter months when foot traffic decreases.

"Adding another competitor in such close proximity would exacerbate our struggles, potentially making it even more difficult to pay bills and sustain our operations.
