Johnathan Harlock has been given planning permission to change the use of the Chequers at Feltwell, near Thetford.

A planning statement said it would "repurpose the building into a dynamic, multi-functional space, delivering significant social and community benefits".

The go-ahead comes despite opposition from the parish........
