Fallen wall causing 'unsightly mess' and outrage in picturesque coastal village
Old Hunstanton Parish Council is demanding the owner of the property repairs the structure along the A149 road, the main route through the village.
The wall collapsed in July, after an ice cream van collided with it during the village flower festival.
The council says the debris poses a danger to pedestrians walking along the narrow pavement on the road outside of the property.
But the authority has been told that repairs are being delayed because of a wrangle involving the van's insurers,........
