Council must put plans to sell Banksy on 'ice'...while others rake in millions

West Norfolk Council has been told it can't sell a Banksy artwork, an ice cream made from a traffic cone and expanding foam which the street artist added to a statue in King's Lynn four years ago.

A council spokesman said: "We still have the cone but have no plans to do anything with it unless Banksy’s representatives, Pest Control, authorise us to do so – and they have already told us they won’t."
