West Norfolk Council has appointed Fine and Country to market the £7m Styleman Court development near the seafront in Hunstanton.

It comes after a restriction saying the properties could only be bought by local people was lifted, after no-one came forward to buy one.

Simon Ring, the council's deputy leader and cabinet member for business, said: "This is good news.
