West Norfolk Council has thrown out a second application to allow the structure to stay at Silver Sands in Heacham.

It said it was turning it down because the reasons why it had earlier been refused had still not been addressed.

The decision came despite support from customers, with one posting on the council's planning portal: "This business provides food and drink in an area that has very little amenities.
