North Norfolk District Council (NNDC) has received a retrospective application for the structure at a property which sleeps 10 beside the River Glaven at Cley, near Holt and the boardwalk that runs beside it

But people living close to Riverside House, off the High Street near the village's windmill, are fuming after an existing balcony was extended over the roof of a single storey annex .

They say it overlooks other properties and noise from the five-bed holiday let has increased since it was built in April.........
