Stuart Wilbraham has launched a fresh bid to convert the buildings beside the A1122 at Fincham, near Downham Market, after earlier plans were turned down because they did not include a protected species survey.

An ecologist's report accompanying the new application states that bats were seen entering and leaving both buildings while their roosts and the remains of insect prey were also found when a survey was carried out.
