Simon Gook played for Gorleston, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft and also managed the Bloaters and was known as "Gooky".

Mr Gook died aged 60.

His funeral will take place at midday in Salle Church near Reepham on Thursday, August 21 and the wake will be in the memorial hall opposite the church.
