Travellers finally leaves illegal encampment 36 hours after deadline to leave
The group had been served with a notice to leave Gorleston's Southtown Common, by 3pm on Tuesday.
Fifteen caravans had been driven on to the land, which is owned by Great Yarmouth Borough Council, on Friday after a lock on a gate was broken.
The group finally drove off at around 10.30am on Thursday, leaving behind heaps of rubbish, wood chippings and other debris.
