Plans lodged for 26 new homes to be built in quaint Broads village
Flagship Homes has submitted plans for the properties to be built on Catfield Road in Ludham to North Norfolk District Council.
A design and access statement says that among the homes will be "much-needed" affordable housing and the creation of "new green space" for future and existing people there.
It adds that the proposal seeks to establish a "sustainable and attractive living environment" that "integrates sensitively" and "complements the existing built character" and the "vernacular" of the village.
