Rupert Lowe wants to set up a panel with a legal advisory team to investigate the abuse of young women and girls in a number of UK areas by groups of men, many of Pakistani origin.

The controversial topic gained huge national and global attention at the beginning of the year, and Mr Lowe has accused the government of not doing enough to address it.
