But now Diane Round has taken on a quieter project in a Norfolk village as she looks to "slow down" in her later years.

Ms Round recently took the helm at the Kings Head in Belton, near Great Yarmouth, and is determined to turn around the 18th-century inn's recent ill fortunes.
