Gulls, crime, and council apathy - what businesses in a Norfolk town really think
The results come six months after MP for Great Yarmouth Rupert Lowe invited business owners to share their views.
Of the 173 responses, 68pc said the borough council does not understand the needs of local businesses.
It saw 65pc identify rising costs as the biggest barrier to growth, while 75pc said business taxes are too high.
