Former town pub converted into three homes set to go under the hammer
The old Prince Consort on Nelson Road North in Great Yarmouth, which closed down in 2010, is being sold at auction on September 10.
In 2012, Great Yarmouth Borough Council approved a planning application to change the use of the building and convert it into three houses.
All three of the properties, 10, 11 and 11A Nelson Road North, which used to form the historic pub, are going under the hammer on the Auction House East Anglia website next week.
