Klayten Woodward, 31, was pulled over by police officers on Runham Road in Great Yarmouth on March 24 this year.

He was ordered to take a roadside drug swipe, which was positive, and he was later tested at the police station, showing a reading of 486 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood.
