Michael Souter, 71, was found guilty at Norwich Crown Court in 2013 of 19 sexual assaults on seven victims aged between 11 and 16.

The offences spanned a 20 year period from 1979 and 1999 and saw him use his positions within the BBC, Norfolk County Council and the Scout Association to gain the trust of his victims.

It is understood that Souter, formerly of Low Bungay Road, Loddon, was released from prison in the last six months, having served roughly 11 and a half years of his 22-year sentence.
