Country's only 24-hour music festival returns to Norfolk estate
Houghton Hall in north Norfolk, the grand estate once home to Britain’s first prime minister, Sir Robert Walpole, is set to become the beating heart of the UK’s only 24-hour music festival.
The festival draws electronic music lovers from around the world and this year's edition is a sell-out.
Founded by DJ Craig Richards in 2017 when he turned 50, Houghton Festival draws ravers from around the world to dance beneath centuries-old trees and starlit skies.
More than 200 artists will perform across 13 stages from Thursday to Sunday (August 7-10), with music playing somewhere on the Houghton Estate site at all times.
