Victoria Mayo, 41, was due to face trial for the alleged assault on her boyfriend, Edward Royall, at Oulton Broad North railway station after the pair had been for drinks.

At an earlier hearing at Great Yarmouth Magistrates' Court on June 18, Miss Mayo pleaded not guilty to the charge brought against her by British Transport Police.

She was alleged to have "thrown chips" at Mr Royall, "punched him in the face", and "smashed his phone" on the floor.
