A post on social media showed the damage to the trees at Gunton Woodland Burial Park by trustee Steve Chilvers.

The Facebook post read: "After a relatively quiet period when most tree losses on the Burial Park have been down to either nesting mice in tree tubes devouring saplings, or unleashed dogs snapping stakes, exposing trees to predation from both deer and rabbits, Spring is in the air and our local vandals have emerged from hibernation.
