Klevi Hasanaj was a passenger in a Citroen car that was stopped in London Road, King's Lynn, by police.
Norwich Crown Court heard the 30-year-old Albanian national was found to have £464 in cash on him and was taken to King's Lynn Police Investigation Centre for a further search.
He was found to have keys to a car and a property in Lynn, where 3.19g of cocaine with a street value of between £180 and £360 was found, as well as a further £650 in cash.
Lists of drug dealers were also found in the notes app on Hasanaj's phone.
John Morgans, prosecuting, said Hasanaj was in a "potentially lucrative enterprise" and played a "significant role in the operation."
He previously admitted being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs, possession of criminal property as well as a bail act offence, namely failing to surrender to custody for a crown court appearance on February 18 this year.
Hasanaj, from Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, was sentenced to 27 months in prison.
