Here are this year's finalists.

Opergy Group from Norwich, Norfolk, is navigating a path to a sustainable future by helping local authorities, businesses and communities with its net zero pathways project.

It employs a series of innovative approaches to tackle environmental issues by placing people and places at the centre of climate change.

Opergy makes sustainability accessible for local communities and fosters collaboration by engaging local councils, schools, businesses and residents in co-creating their pathways.

Opergy has a “uniquely focused and innovative approach to community-led net zero solutions” the judges said.

They added that the project has a real focus on community involvement and that its innovative tools showcase “a strategic, community-driven approach to net zero”.
