It is committed to environmental responsibility, utilising renewable energy and offering a range of vegan and gluten-free options.

Through regenerative farming techniques such as woodland planting and covering crops to naturally capture carbon, Fairfields Farm aims to achieve on-farm net zero by 2033.

Renewable energy is also used to power its offices.

Fairfields Farm stood out to the judges for “combining strategic vision with practical execution”. They also praised its “clear, science-backed approach, coupled with strong supply chain collaboration and innovative decarbonisation efforts”.
