In total, 62 lots sold under the hammer to raise a final figure of more than £11 million. These included commercial lots, parcels of land and residential properties.

Some lots in particular caught bidders’ attention, resulting in a flurry of bids.

One such lot was 8 St John’s Terrace, a Grade II-listed townhouse in King’s Lynn. In need of full modernisation, the five-bedroom property “presented an excellent opportunity”. It eventually sold for £165,000, well above its initial guide price of £60,000-£70,000.
