The Beccles Cycle for Life charity ride starts at the Sir John Leman High School this Sunday before the start time of 10am and people can enter and pay on the day.

Organisers say it is best to allow 30 minutes or so to sign up and prepare.

Advance entries are now closed but everyone is welcome on the day.

The entry fee will be £25 for adults and they can enter children free of charge, by courtesy of sponsorship by Norfolk and Suffolk Chartered Financial........
