Seaside town's new miniature railway steams into action
The Mayor of Cromer was first in line to cut the ribbon and take a ride on the 7¼ inch gauge track, which winds its way around the grounds of the Cromer Hall Estate.
The Cromer Miniature Railway Club ran free preview rides across the August Bank Holiday, drawing big crowds keen to be among the first passengers.
More than 300 people hopped aboard on the opening day alone.
The railway can be reached via the Amazona Zoo car park off Hall Road or the estate’s “Pick Your Own”........
