Mark White, 43, opened Hop Rocket in Unthank Road last February and says he has built a loyal following thanks to an ever-changing lineup of craft beers.

He said: "We knew we wanted to create a real community hub – a proper Victorian-style corner pub with a fantastic beer selection and a welcoming vibe.
