Ankosé acts as a broker between the food industry, social supermarkets and food banks to bring healthier food to the tables of families at heavily discounted prices.

The company, based at Norwich Research Park, has now announced a new partnership with Booker – and it has already negotiated a deal that will see a litre of milk that normally retails at £1.30 on sale at a social supermarket for just 68p.
