Norfolk Broads Direct Holdings Limited, the parent company of Wroxham-based Norfolk Broads Direct and Broads Tours, has been acquired by Broads Ventures Limited.

Norfolk Broads Direct and Broads Tours have been taken over by Broads Ventures Limited (Image: Supplied) The takeover was led by Greg Munford, who formed Broads Ventures in partnership with Paul Richardson to purchase the shares in Norfolk Broads Direct Holdings.

Norfolk Broads Direct has been offering boating holidays on the Broads since 1878.

It operates a fleet of 60 holiday hire cruisers, four passenger river trip boats, and more than 50 dayboats, alongside a portfolio of waterside holiday properties.

The company employs around 50 staff and welcomes more than 115,000 guests to the Broads National Park each........
