Survey finds younger workers more likely to say well-being isn’t supported by employer

Younger generations are more likely to say their well-being isn’t supported by leaders, including 44 per cent of generation Z and 38 per cent of millennials, according to a new survey by O.C. Tanner.

The survey, which polled more than 5,700 employees across 17 countries, found gen-Zers (42 per cent) and millennials (38 per cent) were more likely to report the early warning signs of burnout than generation X........
