Question spending in Niskayuna schools

I am deeply concerned about how Niskayuna schools are spending taxpayer dollars. After reviewing recent expenditures, it’s clear that funds are being allocated to areas that don’t directly benefit our children’s education.

One major example of wasteful spending is the approximately $313,000 per year being spent to lease office space for Mr. Mummenthey and his administrative staff. Over the next 10 years, this will total over $3 million. For this price, one might expect a lavish executive office.

But what does this have to do with improving student outcomes? I understand that the office move was due to renovations at Van Antwerp Middle School. Yet administrative staff will not be returning to the school and are considering........
