Swindon Town begin their preparations for the new season this week, and there are plenty of players who will be looking to stake their claim in the squad.

The players report back on June 23 for the traditional start of pre-season tests before ramping things up ahead of the friendlies starting on July 5 against Swindon Supermarine.

Ian Holloway presently has a senior group of 26 players and will be hoping to add more before the start of the season, and with his preference for a 24-man squad, various players will need to impress to earn their spot within that, along with starting places on the line.
