The weather may be awful, but there's plenty to do within a short drive of Newport this weekend, from a one-woman play to a spiritual class.

One-woman play "Mrs Baker's Company" is set to entertain this weekend.

Mrs Baker's Company will be performed at Catbrook Hall (Image: Supplied) Alison Neil will perform the play at Catbrook Memorial Hall in Tintern on Friday, January 24.

The show will start at 7pm and will last around an hour, with an interval and open bar followed by a Q&A with Ms Neil.

The one-woman production will tell the story of Mrs Sarah........
