Halloween week is here once again on Strictly, full of spooky costumes galore.

However, host Claudia Winkleman, as well as co-host Tess Daly, are once again not wearing an outfit, but there is one very sad reason for this that you may not know about.

The decision comes after a traumatic experience that affected Claudia's family.

On Halloween in 2014, Winkleman's eight-year-old daughter was taken to the hospital after being seriously injured when her Halloween costume caught fire, suffering serious burns as a result.

Her daughter Matilda was wearing a witch's costume when it brushed against a candle at a house in London.
