A MUSIC venue in Newport city centre is rapidly becoming a hotspot for live comedy.

Le Pub, on High Street in Newport, is well known for being one of South Wales’ most respected grassroots music venues – the pub has also recently hosted numerous stand-up comedy shows (with some selling out).

Extra shows had to be added for the recent sell-out success of Live At The Apollo star Ignacio Lopez’s tour show Nine Ig Fails at the venue which also hosted........
