Walmart $WMT is recalling one lot of Great Value Organic Triple Berry Blend sold across 16 states because of potential contamination with Escherichia coli O145:H28, according to the FDA.

The recall, announced September 2 by Chilean supplier Frutas y Hortalizas del Sur S.A., covers 10-ounce bags of Great Value Organic Triple Berry Blend containing strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries with UPC 7874211226, lot code 6040 01-6, and a........
