I am in the middle of a really exciting time of my life. I feel like I say some version of that a lot. There is usually something I am creating or looking forward to; I think that's simply how I like to live. Yet, the part of me that creates a big life also makes it difficult to sit in it long enough to appreciate it.
Right now, something I have worked towards for years is finally happening. People are showing up for me. Opportunities I hoped for are here. I feel proud of what I created, and connected to why I created it.
The problem is, I can feel myself racing through the whole thing. For the past few weeks, I've heard myself saying, “I’m overwhelmed” too many times to count.
