We’re living in the age of outsourced thinking. From GPS telling us where to go to ChatGPT offering answers in milliseconds, we’ve grown used to reaching out before we reach in. But in the rush for faster, smarter, more “optimized” everything, many are unknowingly trading their greatest evolutionary gift for convenience. Your intuition.

Intuition isn’t magic. It’s a subtle, scientifically supported form of non-linear knowing; what researchers call implicit learning or somatic markers. In short, it’s your nervous system, your subconscious, and your stored lived experience whispering wisdom faster than your logical brain can compute. It’s that gut feeling when something’s off. That inner pull to say yes before the facts make sense. That quiet nudge you can’t quite explain and shouldn’t need to.
