As of late February 2026, the global community is beginning to digest the initial implementation of China’s 15th Five-Year Plan. While the world often focuses on the geopolitical friction between Washington and Beijing, a closer look at this blueprint reveals a sophisticated attempt to solve the most complex puzzle in modern economics: how a middle-income giant can transition into a high-technology, sustainable superpower without losing its internal stability.
