Ingredients:
1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire gin
.25 oz Maraschino
.25 oz creme de violette
.75 oz lemon juice
.25 oz simple syrup
Cherry, for garnish
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin and shake vigorously. Strain into a fresh coupe glass and garnish with a cherry.
Ingredients:
2 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz Lillet Rosé
.5 oz raspberry syrup
Egg white
Fresh raspberries, for garnish
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice and shake to emulsify egg white. Add ice to the tin and shake again. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with raspberries.
Ingredients:
2 oz Bacardi Reserva Ocho rum
2 1/2 oz Martini & Rossi Prosecco
4 mint leaves
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz lime juice
2 dashes bitters
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except prosecco, in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a fresh cocktail glass and top with prosecco. Garnish with a mint leaf.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Aberfeldy 12 Single Malt Scotch whisky
.75 oz local honey
Chilled chamomile tea
Lemon twist, for garnish
Directions:
Add whiskey and honey to a highball glass and stir together. Add cubed ice. Top with chilled chamomile tea and stir again. Add a lemon twist for garnish.
Ingredients:
1 sprig tarragon
1/4 cup Staple Gin
2 tbsp fresh blood orange juice
2 tbsp Aperol
1 tbsp simple syrup
2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
4 tbsp pink champagne
1 orange peel twist, for garnish
Directions:
Muddle tarragon at the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients, except for the champagne, and fill with ice. Shake well. Double strain into a champagne coupe or champagne flute. Top with champagne and blood orange peel.

1 oz vanilla vodka
.5 oz Chambord
2 oz pineapple juice
Dash of grenadine
Top with Poppi Raspberry Rose
