Officers were called to the scene at Paine Road, Norwich, at around 2.50pm on Tuesday, where the man was arrested on suspicion of threats to kill, possession of a class A drug and possession with intent to supply a class A drug.

People living on the street said it is hard to believe what has happened on their sleepy suburban road.
