Traffic fears over plans to build hundreds of homes in city outskirts

A total of 406 new homes will be built in Cringleford, as part of its second phase to develop land located just south of the N&N in Colney Lane and running alongside the southern bypass.

The area, which is already suffering from gridlock due to Colney Lane being closed for work to be carried out at the N&N roundabout, will only get worse according to some living nearby.

There have also been concerns raised about how the huge housing development will affect the area's infrastructure.
