The application for the three-storey site, just off Dereham Road near Dell Crescent, would have seen eight two-bedroom flats - which was submitted to Norwich City Council back in February 2022.

However communication from Natural England to all Norfolk authorities a few months later, requiring they addressed water pollution and achieve nutrient neutrality, pushed the project back.

Now almost three years on and the plans have been withdrawn.
