Butterfly Lettings, opened by Mark Evans and his partner, Becky Dolder, oversees the day-to-day running of the office based in Church Lane, Eaton which specialises in lettings and management.

Mark, 36, says the pair's "genuine passion for the property industry" sets them apart from other businesses and hopes will propel them to the top of the lettings tree.

"I moved over to lettings five years ago, from estate agency and loved it," said Mark.
