City centre restaurant threatened with enforcement action after one-star rating
Signature, in Orford Place next to Primark, was warned all aspects of its food hygiene required major improvement by inspectors.
Following the inspection, carried out on December 9, Norwich City Council said the restaurant was "failing to comply with the law in many respects".
Inspectors discovered cooked food, such as chicken, stored in cardboard boxes and food like potato starch, stored on the floor.
