Neighbours fear new bungalows could 'spoil their peace'
Some living near land on Valley Road in Costessey where two homes are earmarked to be built are also concerned the development will intrude on their privacy.
One person writing to South Norfolk Council said: "Specifically, we are worried about the impact of the new development on our privacy and the overall enjoyment of our property."
They continued: "The building appears to be very close to our boundary fence, which raises concerns about potential impacts on our privacy and overall........
