Conversion plans hoped to tackle anti-social behaviour approved
The bid to convert the lower grounds of the Lathes, off St Augustine's Street, will see 10 of the flats there become six.
The applicant, Broadland Development Services, hopes the new layout of the western block will improve the quality of the flats and minimise anti-social behaviour by creating private gardens.
Broadland Development Services is a branch of Broadland Housing Association, which specialises in acquiring land, as well as designing, planning and constructing new homes for the group.
